What does "per-cycle quota" mean for SMS, email, and AI tokens?

Your billing cycle is monthly, anchored to your subscription start date, and resets on the same day each month. The AI tokens included in your plan (used for voice narration and translation) are consumed within that window and refresh automatically at the start of each new cycle. Unused tokens do not roll over. If you need additional capacity within a cycle, an AI token add-on pool is available. Enterprise plans also enable overage billing for AI tokens so your team is never blocked mid-cycle.
