What is EnaSmartWay?
EnaSmartWay is an indoor wayfinding platform for organizations that operate complex physical spaces — hospitals, campuses, shopping malls, airports, and museums. It replaces static signage and printed maps with QR-based, multilingual, turn-by-turn navigation.
At its core, EnaSmartWay works around QR wayfinding points. A point is placed at an entrance, a junction, or a service desk. When a visitor scans the QR code, they see their current location on an interactive map, search for a destination, and follow a step-by-step route — narrated by AI in their own language.
What problems does it solve?
| Problem | EnaSmartWay solution |
|---|---|
| Visitors get lost in large buildings | QR points with live location and search |
| Static signage is expensive to update | Update points and routes centrally |
| International visitors can't read signs | 72-language UI with AI narration |
| Accessibility needs are ignored | Step-free, elevator-aware routes |
| No insight into navigation demand | Per-point analytics and trends |
