Which plans include AI features?

AI voice narration and AI translation are available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Starter does not include AI. Professional includes 700,000 AI tokens per billing cycle; Enterprise includes 3,000,000 tokens with overage allowed.

What exactly does the AI do?

Two things: (1) voice narration — Google Gemini text-to-speech reads each route step aloud on demand in the visitor's language; and (2) translation — destination names and segment direction text are translated into the visitor's language and cached. EnaSmartWay AI does not generate analytics summaries.

How are AI tokens counted?

Accepted Answer

Token consumption from voice narration and translation draws from a single per-organization pool. The admin panel shows current usage and remaining tokens in real time for the billing cycle.

Can AI be disabled for specific capabilities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Platform owners can enable or disable each AI capability independently via Global Settings → Organization → AI Controls. Voice narration and translation can each be toggled separately, even if the plan includes both.

Question 5

Is data sent to Google for AI processing?

Accepted Answer

AI processing uses Google Gemini APIs. The text to be narrated or translated (destination names and route step text) is sent to Google's API for processing. Enterprise customers should review the data processing terms and consider full-isolation provisioning if needed.
