How many buildings can we manage?

Accepted Answer

Starter covers a single building, while Professional and Enterprise scale to many buildings with higher limits on floors, endpoints, routes, and segments — suitable for large multi-building estates. Custom limits are available via Enterprise account offers.

How is team access controlled?

Accepted Answer

Wayfinding access is scoped through Admin, Editor, and Viewer roles, plus platform-level Auditor (read-only audit access) and Owner (full access to integrations, team, subscription, and settings). Platform Owner is typically assigned to the IT administrator.

How do we maintain a tamper-evident change history?

Accepted Answer

Every create, update, and delete of buildings, floors, endpoints, waypoints, segments, and routes is recorded in an append-only HMAC-SHA256 audit chain. The chain can be verified on demand, and records can be exported for governance and audit.

Can we integrate EnaSmartWay with our CAFM or BMS system?

Accepted Answer

Not natively, but HMAC-signed outbound webhooks can forward platform events to your Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or Building Management System (BMS) endpoint. n8n, Make, Zapier, or a custom integration service can bridge the two systems.
