The visitor UI negotiates locale from the browser's Accept-Language header. Visitors can also switch language manually from the form. A separate cookie remembers their preference.
AI content translation
Destination names and route step text are translated on demand by EnaSmartWay AI (Google Gemini) into the visitor's language, with results cached for reuse.
AI voice narration
Each route step can be read aloud via Google Gemini text-to-speech, generated in the visitor's language for hands-free, accessible navigation.
72 shipped UI bundles
All 72 locale packs ship with the platform and require no configuration. Adding a new location QR immediately serves the form in the visitor's detected language.
5 RTL scripts supported
Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Uyghur, and Urdu are rendered right-to-left. Form layout, text direction, and spacing adapt automatically.

The admin dashboard is also available in 72 languages. Admins set their preferred display language in profile settings, independent of the visitor locale.
