No. Everything runs in the mobile browser on the visitor's own phone — no app to install and no dedicated audio-guide hardware to lend out or sanitize. Visitors can use their own earphones for narration.

Yes. The visitor interface supports 72 languages and auto-detects the browser language. AI translates exhibit names and route steps, and AI voice narration generates spoken guidance in the visitor's language.
