What integration methods does EnaSmartWay support?

Two primary methods: signed outbound webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 HTTP POST to any endpoint) and a bring-your-own SMS gateway (NetGSM, Bird, Twilio, Infobip, or a custom webhook). A REST API is also available for custom integrations.

Can I integrate with n8n, Make, or Zapier?

Yes. Configure a webhook endpoint pointing to your n8n, Make, or Zapier receiver. EnaSmartWay sends signed JSON payloads you can use to build any automation workflow in the no-code platform of your choice.

Are there pre-built integrations?

Yes. Built-in payload presets for Slack (Incoming Webhook), Microsoft Teams (MessageCard and Adaptive Card), and Discord format the webhook payload in the schema each platform expects — no manual JSON mapping needed.

Who can configure integrations?

Webhook configuration and BYO SMS setup require the Platform Owner role — the highest-privilege role in EnaSmartWay, typically assigned to the technical or IT administrator responsible for the account.

Is the EnaSmartWay API public?

EnaSmartWay exposes a REST API for programmatic access, authenticated via the same OIDC token used by the admin panel. For partner or platform-level integrations, contact us.

Bring-Your-Own SMS Gateway

Use your own provider — NetGSM, Bird, Twilio, Infobip or a custom webhook. Credentials are encrypted, and SMS sent through your own gateway never counts against your platform quota.

Automatic Failover

If your provider returns a technical error, delivery automatically falls back to the platform defaults — NetGSM for Türkiye, Bird worldwide — so critical messages still go out.

Delivery Logs & Quota Control

Every message is logged with its provider and failover status on the Notifications page. Only operational SMS counts against quota; security codes and transactional messages do not.
